This notice covers the DoRoutes website and what happens when you contact us through it. The app drivers use has its own privacy policy.
Who we are
RM-RF SOFTWARE LTD makes DoRoutes and is the controller of the personal data this website collects. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17485608, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA.
For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- When you book a demo: your name, work email, your firm's name, your phone number, the best day and time to call you if you give them, and what you write.
- When you send a message: your name, email, your firm's name if you give it, and what you write.
- When you arrive from an advert or a tagged link: which source, medium and campaign brought you here. We count these visits without your name or address.
- When you send a form: Cloudflare's security check reads details of your browser to tell a person from a bot.
- When you email us: your address, your name and what you write.
- When you visit: our hosting providers handle your IP address, browser details and the pages you ask for, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Only if you accept on the cookie banner: Google Analytics measures which pages are visited, and we remember for 90 days which advert or link brought you here.
Why and on what basis
- Demo requests, messages and emails: our legitimate interest in replying to you and following up about DoRoutes. If you ask about a contract with us, the basis is taking steps before entering into it.
- Campaign counts, the security check and request logs: our legitimate interest in knowing which adverts work and in running a secure website.
- Google Analytics and the 90-day campaign record: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time on the cookies page.
Who we share it with
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts our website service and our sales records in London (eu-west-2).
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and runs the security check on our forms.
- Google, which hosts our email (Google Workspace) , and runs Google Analytics if you accept it .
Each acts as our processor under a contract that protects your data, including when it is handled outside the UK. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Demo requests, messages and emails: 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer for a contract or a legal claim. If you become a customer, our terms set how long we keep your account's records.
- Our customers' account data: until 30 days after their account is paused, then deleted from our systems at once and from our backups within 30 days.
- The campaign record on your device: for your visit only , or 90 days if you accept .
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
- Request logs: kept by our hosting providers for their own limited periods.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it, and in some cases to have it moved to someone else. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month.
